Christmas Delivery Schedule

To allow us to better manage the week before Christmas, we need to make some changes to our normal delivery schedule.

Because Christmas falls on a Sunday it means that there will be no deliveries on Christmas Eve (which I am absolutely loving by the way :)
(it means my family can travel home to our extended family in Young on Christmas Eve morning in a quiet, relaxed, safe, non rushed way !   A huge contrast to previous years. Having such a peaceful Christmas Eve this year is something I will be very grateful for :)

Most Christmas deliveries will be on Friday 23 December and please rest assured that your produce will still be absolutely perfect on Christmas Day (stored correctly in the fridge) and this also gives you enough time to prepare it. 

Seriously I think Christmas Eve should be a holiday every year - I think we all need the breathing space before the big day.

Any way enough of that - and back to business

The reason we need to have an early cut-off is so that we can check and double check that we have all orders ready and that nothing will be out of stock at the time of delivering your order.  This also lets us know how much stock we need to order to avoid any wastage as after Christmas, deliveries will be closed for 10 days.  So if we over-order, then the fresh produce goes to waste and we obviously don't want that.

So this is how it will work for the week before Christmas.  Your co-operation is very much appreciated but if you do really need something outside of this delivery schedule, we understand and please let us know as soon as you can and if possible we will accommodate your request.  We would rather you ask us, then have you miss out on the freshest fruit and veg in town :)
