If you are not happy with any particular item, simply let us know and we will either replace it in your next order free of charge or refund your money, whatever you prefer. You trust us to select the best available quality for you and your family and that's exactly what we want to do. It's what we would expect if we were our customer.
2. A-grade quality means high nutritional value
Our produce is A-grade quality and trust me, there is a difference. At first even I was reluctant to believe that there would be a noticeable difference between our quality and that of other fresh produce outlets in Canberra. But there is. It has been handled, packed and transported extra carefully, it tastes better, it lasts longer and because there has been minimal storage time and no time sitting on store shelves waiting to be purchased, by the time it reaches your table the nutritional content is still very high.
3. Support our Australian farmers
We are very proud to say that produce from Vegies To Your Door is grown in Australia. Australia has what the produce industry refers to as ‘four seasons’, which means when one State is unable to supply particular items another State takes over. Quality is sometimes a little down at the ‘turn of the season’. Our supplier does occasionally import produce if it is completely unavailable in Australia (the restaurants they supply demand that they do this). We will however make note next to the produce on our website if anything is being temporarily imported – you will very rarely see this however.
4. Value for Money
We do not claim to be the cheapest, and in fact we do not try to be – it is not possible when you provide the best quality. We do not even consider supermarket prices but we do try to be competitive with other outlets offering high quality produce. With our guarantee and our high care factor you can be assured you will always get value for your money - in fact because you will rarely throw anything out it will probably work out to be more cost effective for you in the long run. Tip: beware of too good to be true specials, you often see on fresh fruit and vegetables. These items may have been held in the store's cool room for lengthy periods; hence the owner needs to move them quickly. Store owners; often use these specials in front of their store as marketing to attract us to their shop.

We are a very small family business that knows the importance you place on providing your family with nutritious quality fresh food. We know what you expect because we expect it too. We know you are busy and not to mention tired of throwing money out the door with produce that goes limp in a day. But best of all, relax, knowing your produce is being very carefully selected for you and that if for any reason we do get it wrong, and you are not satisfied, we are only a phone call or an email away and only too happy to refund your money or replace the produce next time. I know going to the markets can be a nice outing - I totally agree! But use it as a treat for yourself - do it only when you feel like it. Don't do it when it's too hot or it's too cold or blowing a gale, don't do it when you don't have time - instead, let us do your fresh produce shopping and you just focus on doing something that's more fun!
