Simple startup Instructions
(for more detailed instructions click on HOW IT WORKS)
- Click on the 'Login/Sign Up' button above
- If you are a new customer, click on the 'New Registration' button (make sure you have accepted the terms and conditions) and complete your details. An email will be sent to your email account with a link for you to click on to confirm your registration with us. (NB. Your new username must not be more than 20 characters long - shorter is better)
- If you are an existing customer simply enter your User Name and Password and click on the 'Login' button.
- To commence ordering click on the tabs above to switch between our list of Vegetables, Fruits and Herbs
- Enter the quantity of each item you wish to purchase.
- A running tally of your shopping list will appear at the side of the page
- When you have finished ordering, click on the 'Checkout Now' tab above
- Check that all your details are correct and click on the 'Proceed' button
- Specify whether you will be home or not and fill in any special delivery instructions. This is where you name a cool place to leave your order if you will not be home.
- We recommend that you choose to hire a special polyfoam cool box for $1.00 to keep your produce cool, fresh and protected.
- click on the 'Proceed' button.
- Fill in your credit card details or specify Cash on Delivery (for this option you must of course be home to accept delivery and pay for your order, otherwise it will be returned to our depot.)
- Click on the 'Proceed' button.
- Your order details will be displayed. Click on the 'Proceed' button at the bottom to complete your order.
- An email will be sent to you verifying your order.
