"SPRING HILL BEEF is natural grass fed beef and has not been pumped with any substance to increase the weight. It's fat content is considerably less than that of marbled grain fed beef. The fact that it hasn't been pumped with extra liquid ( like most of the supermarket beef ) and it has less marble through it ( like grain fed beef ) means that our beef DOES NOT take as long to cook !! True Grass Fed beef steaks usually take 1/2 the time to cook and get tough/chewy very quickly if overcooked (ie) minute stks literally only take 30sec a side and bbq stks 2min a side to keep them tender".
